Masterpiece Group Philippines, Inc. was established in 2013. We provide English BPO services from Manila, the capital of Philippines. Our parent company, Masterpiece Group, Inc., was originally established in Japan and has over 25 years experience in BPO services. Since 2000, we’ve expanded our business throughout China and Southeast Asia; now 14 languages in total are covered. (Including partners).
Where are you located?
We are located at Tycoon Center, Pearl Dr., San Antonio, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Also we have HQ in Tokyo Japan, and branches are located in Beijing, Handan, Hefei, Hong Kong China, Oita Japan, Yangon Myanmar, Bangkok Thailand. Furthermore, partnering with companies in Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa.

What languages can be covered?
We mainly provide English services and also Tagalog from Philippines. However, we have a global network which enable to provide multilingual BPO services. Currently 14 languages are covered. (English, Arabic, Bengali, Burmese, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Malay, Russian, Spanish, and Thai)
Can you provide 24/7 service?
Yes, we can provide all the BPO services with 24/7 operation depending on the customer’s need. Not only 24/7 but weekend-only, 12 hours operation, or any other business hour services can be provided.
What kind of Clients/Industry you serve?
Our major partners are consumer electronics industory, web & application software, mobile phone, automobile, airline industries. However, regardless of the industry, we offer our various services so that our client can concentrate on working for their core business.
What system you are using?
We mainly use a cloud-type CTI, with call recording function, IVR, ACD, monitoring function. Also depending on the client’s request, we use a supplied CTI/CRM systems by the client.
How is your system security?
All Server, CTI, routers are managed by tokyo data center under SECOM. We have acquired ISO 27001 certification and have obtained privacy certification to comply with personal information protection for each country.
What is your Pricing range?
It depends on the requirement (language, call volume, level of skill etc..). Please contact us for the quotation and our sales team will contact you.
How long the set up will take after a contract is signed?
It depends on your required volume and training, however, as an indicator for setting up normal customer support, we ask approximately 2 – 3 weeks to prepare 5-10 agents, then 1 week for training. So total would be 1 month for the project start.
