We have been providing BPO services focusing in Asia for over 20 years. Our headquarters are located in Tokyo and Beijing and we have a worldwide network with branches located not only in Philippines but in Thailand, Myanmar and China (Hefei, Handan, Hong Kong). Currently we centralize our English services in our Philippines branch since it is very attractive location when considering cost effective English services. What’s more, we have partnerships with BPO companies all around the world that enable us to cover the World’s major languages. Also we have started to provide online support with AI technology and SNS monitoring services.   • 1992

    Established Psych Co., Ltd., a marketing focus company, providing comprehensive planning and consultation to “Kanagawa-Shingaku-Kenkyukai Co., Ltd.”, which afterwards became “Fullcast Co., Ltd.”.

  • 1995

    Psych established Goodwill Co., Ltd. as subsidiary, and in 1997, Goodwill took over Psych with a 100% share ownership, turning Psych into a consolidated subsidiary. In 1999, Goodwill Group was listed in JASDAQ.

  • 2001

    Psych broke away from Goodwill Group via a Management Buy-Out (MBO) and changed its name to Masterpiece, Inc.

  • 2007

    Acquired 95Teleweb in Beijing, the largest call center company in China, under our umbrella. After restructuring management of ADC Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand, made it a 100% subsidiary, expanded business to servicing Japanese enterprises.

  • 2008

    Established a Japanese call center in Oita, Japan.

  • 2012

    Launched new lines of business, MAVALAS,Inc. and Meisterwerk Holdings.

  • 2013

    Established a call center for native English speakers in Manila, Philippines.

  • 2015

    Established a 2nd call center in Japan located in Yamaguchi-ken, Shimonoseki.

  • 2016

    Became the first Japanese-owned BPO company to acquire a Hong Kong Service Supplier (HKSS) Certificate, based on the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, or “CEPA”.

  • 2017

    Established a first Myanmar Call center for local companies, Lan Thit Masterpiece Ltd.

  • 2018

    Established a joint venture with Warranty technology Co., Ltd. to commence full-fledged
